It is our great pleasure to invite you to the next Nencki Institute Seminar. On Thursday, June 6th, dr. Michał Bola from the Laboratory of Brain Imaging will give the lecture entitled „What is the function of consciousness? Investigating the limits of unconscious processing”. Don’t miss this great event, which will take place at 3:00 PM in the CN conference hall and will be followed by a „get together” networking session in the exhibition hall on the ground floor.
23 i 24 maja 2019 r. w Instytucie Nenckiego odbyły się warsztaty EMBO dotyczące etyki w nauce, prowadzone przez Michele Garfinkel, Sandrę Bendiscioli i Helen Sitar z European Molecular Biology Organization (EMBO) Science Policy Programme.
W warsztatach uczestniczyło 32 pracowników naukowych Instytutu oraz zaproszona przedstawicielka Międzynarodowego Instytutu Biologii Molekularnej i Komórkowej. Podczas warsztatów poruszano następujące kwestie: odpowiedzialność naukowca, odpowiedzialność opiekuna naukowego, przykłady złych praktyk, pozyskiwanie i zarządzanie danymi, publikacje naukowe, konflikt interesów.
