I would like to cordially invite you for the monthly Cell Nucleus Club meeting. Our guest speaker from Estonia dr Reet Kurg will talk about Melanoma antigens (MAGEA) expression in extracellular vesicles released by cells and the regulation of RNA methyltransferases by the TRMT112 “hub” protein. Dr. Kurg is a director of Institute of Technology (University of Tartu) and a guest of prof. Rędowicz.
The seminar will be held on Wednesday (20.02) at 15.00 in Konorski’s seminar room.

Karolina Staniak from Laboratory of Molecular Bases of Aging will talk about „Lysosome-mediated autophagy modulation by tacrine-melatonin heterodimer C10 as a new strategy of anticancer therapy”.
Siranjeevi Nagaraj from Laboratory of Preclinical Testing of Higher Standard will give a lecture entitled „Blood-based microRNA diagnostic panel for Alzheimer’s disease: perspective after a decade of research”.
Don’t miss this event, which will take place at 3:00 PM in the CN conference hall and will be followed by a „get together” networking session in the exhibition hall on the ground floor.
W czwartek 21 lutego o godz. 18:00 w sali konferencyjnej im. J. Konorskiego (II piętro) odbędzie się posiedzenie Polskiego Towarzystwa Etologicznego, na którym dr hab. Jan Manuel Rodriguez Parkitna (kierownik Zakładu Neurofarmakologii Molekularnej Instytutu Farmakologii PAN w Krakowie) wygłosi wykład p.t. ” Neuronalny mechanizm uczenia ze wzmocnieniem”. I am pleased to inform you that on the coming Monday we will have Neuroplasticity Seminar.
Karolina Hajdukiewicz, a PhD student from Animal Models Lab, will be talking about her research. The seminar is entitled: „Are AgRP/NPY neurons responsible for obesity phenotype in Dicer CKO mice?”.
