Requirements:
- Bachelors/Masters/PhD degree in any Biological/Biomedicine/Biochemistry/Laboratory Medicine/Pharmacy disciplines
- Proficiency in Polish and English
- Prior experience of working in a molecular laboratory setting
- Prior experience with rodent handling will be preferred
Scope of tasks:
The successful candidate will contribute to the following activities in the lab:
- Establishment, organization, and management of the laboratory, including performing quality control checks, testing and calibrating equipment, preparation of reagents and samples, and storage and monitoring of raw data
- Biosecurity and biosafety checks in all designated laboratory facilities
- Inventory and ordering of biological reagents and samples
- Supporting graduate students and post-docs with their day to day experimental activities
- Assisting the supervisor with procurement and infrastructure matters
